i had a really really nice stay, with location in very nice sub tropical gardens. the setting was fantastic. besides, it was right by sheltered cascade bay and sea or mountain.

Not far from center of town, close to the shops, beautiful location on a distant shore, and friendly staff.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, as it was not far from the main shopping area and very close to the airport. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the beautiful sub-tropical gardens added to the overall ambiance.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

loved our longer stay at the ridge. exceeded our expectations after previous stay in burnt pine. brian and jeanette went above and beyond as hosts, picking us up from the airport, shopping for us, and even giving us fresh eggs. the ocean views were incredible and the cottage had all the amenities we needed.

We got excellent value for our money at The Ridge. The room had great views of the countryside and the ocean, and the deck was perfect for meals and relaxation. The location was convenient, although a vehicle is necessary. The new owners, Phil and Teneille, were absolutely lovely and had great plans for the property. Plus, their adorable dog, Polly, made our stay even more enjoyable. Brian and Jeanette, the hosts, were amazing and made us feel truly taken care of. They even picked us up from the airport and went shopping with us. We were provided with fresh eggs and their hospitality was top-notch. We couldn't praise them enough for making our stay incredible. And let's not forget the breathtaking ocean views which we already miss.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a faster hot water supply to the shower.

The gardens were overgrown but filled with beautiful flowers in bloom. The owners were very friendly and helpful, even offering a half-day island tour. a blissful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ridge in beautiful Norfolk. Brian met us at the airport and led us to our spacious and clean apartment with a stunning view. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were thick. We enjoyed the peacefulness and serenity of the surroundings, waking up to the sound of birds and distant waves. Brian and Jeanette were amazing hosts, providing useful information and even arranging a half-day tour for us. We highly recommend this hotel.
